What the Symbols Mean

 
You have probably noticed the symbols on each meditation page and may have been wondering what they were all about.  The purpose of these symbols is to show you at a glance what features a product has.  Here's a brief explanation.

These symbols indicate the brainwave level
		Products with this symbol feature a Beta level meditation (12-40 Hz).  These are generally meditations that are designed to increase energy levels.
		Products with this symbol feature an Alpha level meditation (8-12 Hz).  These meditations are normally relatively short but provide deep levels of relaxation.
		Products with this symbol feature a Theta level meditation (3-8 Hz).  These meditiations are longer than Alpha level meditations and provide very deep levels of relaxation.
		Products with this symbol feature a Delta level meditation (0.2-3Hz).  These meditations are generally designed to help you get a good night's sleep.
		Products with this symbol feature a Gamma level meditation (40+Hz). These meditations are usually designed for enhanced perception and consciousness.
This symbol is unique and indicates that this is a non-neuro stimulation product
		Products with this symbol are not actually meditations, hence the different color.  They are designed to provide a relaxing ambient environment, which can be used for relaxation or just for pure enjoyment.
These symbols indicate the brain entrainment protocol
To make things easier for you, we have assigned a type or "T" number for each entrainment protocol instead of using the technical name for the method.
		Products with this symbol use Binaural Beats to stimulate your brain.
		Products with this symbol use Spatial Binaural Beats to stimulate your brain.
		Products with this symbol have the special frequencies to stimulate your brain embedded into sounds, which could be music, rain, ocean waves, etc., using audio entrainment filtering.
		Products with this symbol use Harmonic Box X tones to stimulate your brain.
		Products with this symbol use Monaural Beats to stimulate your brain.
		Products with this symbol use Isochronic Tones to stimulate your brain.
These symbols indicate the carrier medium
		Products with this symbol feature sounds of nature, eg. rain, birds, rivers, etc.
		Products with this symbol have ambient music to help you relax.
		Products with this symbol include either White, Pink or Brown Noise.

As an example, the following would be a Theta level meditation featuring nature sounds using Isochronic tones as the entrainment method.
